Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with HOU ARC. We aim to offer a seamless, reliable fulfillment experience. Because our streetwear brand is built on unique custom alignment and creative expression, all apparel items are custom manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Please review the specific rules, timelines, and conditions governing our shipping practices below.
1. Total Delivery Timeline Breakdown
Because items are created individually upon receipt of payment, your total delivery timeline consists of two separate phases: Fulfillment/Production Time and Transit Time.
Fulfillment & Production: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to custom-print, finish, and quality-check your garment before it is securely packaged for shipment.
Transit & Shipping: Once standard dispatch occurs, delivery to your address normally takes an additional 8 to 10 business days.
Please note that during periods of high demand, seasonal product drops, or severe transit disruptions, processing or shipping times may fluctuate slightly.
2. Shipment Tracking
Transparency is key to our movement. As soon as your item is produced, packaged, and scanned by our carrier service, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update and reflect initial tracking movements online.
3. Order Modifications and Address Accuracy
Important Buyer Responsibility: Accurate delivery details are required at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address modifications or cancellations once an order has entered our custom production cycle. If a parcel is returned directly to our distribution warehouse due to an invalid address, spelling error, or incomplete apartment/suite details provided by the buyer, the package will be held securely. The buyer will be held responsible for covering any additional reshipment fees required to re-route the order to a verified, corrected destination.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
If a carrier attempts delivery and subsequently routes a package to a local post office, sorting facility, or collection point due to a lack of response, it remains the customer's responsibility to claim the shipment before it expires. Unclaimed packages that are automatically sent back to our fulfillment hub will incur secondary shipping fees, which must be fully covered by the buyer before a reshipment can be authorized.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
While HOU ARC works closely with premium carrier routes to ensure timely drop-offs, we do not assume liability for unexpected courier delays, extreme weather holds, or postal service strikes.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking link shows absolutely no movement for a prolonged period, or if the estimated delivery window has expired, please contact us immediately. In strict alignment with our other store policies, all claims regarding missing shipments must be reported within 25 calendar days from the estimated delivery date so we can issue a replacement or investigate.
Stolen Packages ("Delivered" Status): If your tracking status explicitly confirms successful delivery to your address, but the parcel cannot be found, HOU ARC is not legally or financially liable. We strongly suggest checking with neighbors, checking building management/lobbies, or reaching out directly to the courier to file a localized porch piracy or misdelivery report.
