2. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice
The brand name HOU ARC and all associated original graphic marks, brand logos, and custom apparel layouts are protected under Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Notice is hereby given that trademark applications for these corporate identifiers have been officially filed with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO). The current pending registration status of these applications does not waive, diminish, or invalidate our common law trademark rights, copyright assertions, or creative ownership claims. Unauthorized utilization, reproduction, imitation, or modification of our brand assets for commercial, deceptive, or unfair competitive purposes is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action.
3. Website Use & External Links
The material and content on this storefront are provided strictly for retail and community engagement. While we strive to maintain complete accuracy across our sizing charts, mockups, and product details, HOU ARC is not liable for typographical errors or color variations caused by different digital monitor displays. This site may feature integration with third-party payment gateways and transactional tools; we do not assume liability for the independent operations or external privacy protocols of these third-party platforms.
4. Operational & Shipping Liability
Our apparel is custom manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Once packages are handed over to our shipping carriers, HOU ARC cannot be held legally or financially responsible for courier delays, regional customs holds, or weather-related transit interruptions. All logistical, sizing, or defect claims must be initiated within our strict 25 calendar day window from the date of tracking delivery.
